BE Offices secure mega deal in Merchant Square 

Big name BE Offices has recently finalised a major deal for its Merchant Square building in Paddington. Spearheading the deal was Sales Manager, Rakesh Steve from BE Offices alongside Senior Account Director at Office Freedom, Bob Toor.

Sealed at the beginning of May, this deal marks a milestone for the flex operator, encompassing a staggering 120 desks and spanning across 4,600 square feet within the Merchant Square building. Situated in the heart of London's business district, the construction company wasted no time in securing their new office space, accomplishing the feat within a mere 7-week period.

Notably, the client, making their first foray into flex, underwent a thorough back-and-forth negotiation process. Bob Toor elaborates "being entirely new to the concept of serviced offices, you can imagine, terms were dissected and scrutinised". However, the collaborative efforts of Rakesh and Bob ensured a successful closure of the deal, showcasing their adept negotiation skills and commitment to client satisfaction. Plus, those views stretching across the West End and the City surely couldn’t hurt.
