With just weeks to go before its official opening, BE Offices is hosting its launch event today, offering guests an exclusive first glimpse of its meticulously restored gem, 20 Garrett Street. Here’s everything you need to know about the flex operator’s latest addition, nestled in the heart of the City of London.

Spanning five floors, 20 Garrett Street offers flexible workspace solutions tailored to teams of all sizes, from cosy setups for two to larger spaces accommodating up to 250 desks.

Once the home of the Galbraith Grant Distillery—dating back to the 1800s and celebrated as the birthplace of the first-ever cask of Glenfarclas whisky—the building has been transformed into a state-of-the-art workspace that preserves its historic  architecture and pays tribute to its storied past.

Set to officially open in February, BE’s building is already making waves, with a whopping 75% of the space let. At today’s exclusive sneak peek, BE Offices will unveil its meticulously designed space, featuring first-class amenities such as a stunning wraparound rooftop with panoramic city views, a tranquil private courtyard, and a state-of-the-art onsite gym.
