Boutique celebrates its 40th Workplace 
at Threadneedle St.

Boutique is making waves with their recent expansion into Glasgow and now Threadneedle Street, marking their 40th workspace. Meanwhile, the flex operator has managed to close a major deal at its Curtain Road location.

 

Boutique Workplace has recently secured a lease at the prestigious 9 George Square, a prime addition to their growing collection of regional workspaces. This iconic location in the heart of Glasgow, once known as the McLaren warehouse, is steeped in history and stands as one of the city’s most distinguished buildings.

 

With its B-listed Chicago School style façade, the property aligns seamlessly with Boutique’s commitment to period-style aesthetics. The space, which encompasses nearly 22,000 square feet, is adeptly designed to accommodate between 1 and over 100 people across three floors, offering flexible office solutions in a central setting.

Now, Boutique have introduced yet another exquisite Grade II listed building to their City portfolio, Threadneedle Street. Complimenting Boutique’s collection with a rich historical narrative, this former Bank of New South Wales spans nearly 13,000 sq ft and is designed to accommodate 3+ workstations. The building, which marks the operator's 40th workspace, accommodates break out space, meeting rooms, phone booths, height adjustable desks, gym, spin room, barista-style coffee machines, bike storage and showers.

Amongst the excitement of expansion, The Boutique Workplace has also relaunched its Curtain Road site.


Boutique’s Shoreditch gem, 114-116 Curtain Road returned to the market following three years of occupancy. This iconic warehouse, renowned for its distinctive sixties-retro charm saw it’s 38 desk, penthouse suite quickly snatched up.

 

Boutique’s Regional Sales Manager, Bryce Maree managed to orchestrate the major sale of their 1500 sq ft office on a 24 month term. Thanks to the pivotal support of Dave Evans from Officio who “made the process incredibly smooth and seamless”, this deal was brought to a successful close earlier this month!
