Canvas unveils 15th and largest addition
to its portfolio
NEWS / 16 MAY 2024
Canvas are launching their brand new 35,000 sq. ft workspace above Holborn Tube Station. 88 Kingsway marks their largest project to date.
Remarkably, 60% of the space is already occupied, with an additional 5% pending, signalling strong demand and success even before the official opening.
Spread across seven floors, this Victorian gem, once the headquarters of the British Electrical Federation, preserves an array of its original architectural features and timeless charm. It harmoniously complements Canvas’s collection of spaces, which artfully blend the warmth of home with the efficiency of a modern office, all within a townhouse-inspired setting.
Yaron Rosenblum, Co-founder and CEO of Canvas Offices, said: “We’re very excited to say that we’re on schedule to welcome our first tenants to the Canvas community at 88 Kingsway in May.”
“The Canvas brand is established on creating high quality, bespoke spaces that not only meet the needs of businesses, but ensure the enjoyment and wellbeing of employees. 88 Kingsway epitomises our design led approach, which has helped fuel our rapid expansion within the Capital”.
