NEWS / 04 MARCH 2025

It’s lift off day for Compton, as the City fringe specialist launches Compton Concierge, its own managed workspace offering. The new business line will offer occupiers essential services including maintenance, cleaning, IT and security, through a single point of contact within the agency. Here’s what to know.
Today marks a significant milestone for Compton, as the commercial agency and office advisory launches Compton Concierge— a bespoke managed workspace solution designed to elevate office operations with seamless efficiency.
Compton Concierge has been meticulously crafted to remove the complexities of day-today office management, offering a holistic suite of services that includes fire and electrical safety compliance, waste management, utilities, security, finishing touches and insurance. More than just operational support, it ensures a refined, fully integrated workspace experience tailored to modern business needs.
Shaun Simons, Founder of Compton tells Flex and The City: “Since launching Compton in 2021, we have been analysing this sector to develop the best possible solution. We took the time to refine our strategy, always with a consumer-first approach in mind. Through this process, we believe we have identified a new way to deliver these much-needed services. Compton Concierge is the embodiment of that philosophy, designed to be both innovative and accessible, empowering businesses of all sizes with the support they need to thrive.”
In short, the core principle is simple: Your workspace should work for you, not the other way around. In this light, Compton's integrated approach addresses key operational pain points while maximising efficiency.
Co-founder Elliott Stern echoed this sentiment in a LinkedIn post, stating: "Your workspace should work for you, not the other way around. We provide a seamless, budget-friendly solution that takes the hassle out of office management, so you can focus on what truly matters – running your business."
Through Compton Concierge, businesses can expect a smooth, well-managed office experience with a personalised approach. As Compton puts it: “We chat, we plan, and then we make it happen – seamlessly. It’s your workspace, managed your way, exactly how you need it.”
Shaun Simons will be joining Flex and The City for its firs-ever exclusive Live Panel Debate on 20th March, in partnership with Yardi and proudly sponsored by WeWork and MWA. For more newsworthy launches and a roundup of the panel's controversial insights, be sure to subscribe.
