Cubo steps into the City 
with first-ever London site 

Renowned regional operator, Cubo has proudly announced the launch of its inaugural London location. Building on their stellar reputation of offering premium workspace across the region, Cubo is now venturing into the capital, landing in London’s Soho.

Known for being a powerhouse in the regional workspace market, Cubo is making its boldest move yet by stepping into the City for the first time. This isn’t just any ordinary expansion—it’s a clear statement of intent. 

Fresh from their rapid takeover of WeWork's prime location in Manchester’s Spinningfields, Cubo is now stepping into the heart of Soho, ready to go head-to-head with London’s biggest operators. This marks a pivotal moment in Cubo’s journey, ready to go head-to-head with London’s biggest operators. 

Designed by MATT Architects, the building distinguishes itself with a BREEAM Excellent rating and WiredScore Platinum certification, reflecting its strong commitment to sustainability and state-of-the-art infrastructure.

The new Soho site, located at Ilona Rose House, will mark Cubo’s 13th workspace offering, joining the 12 existing sites across prominent UK cities including Manchester, Newcastle, Leeds, Birmingham, Edinburgh, and Glasgow.

Cubo is poised to take over 19,000 square feet on the second floor of Ilona Rose House, a flagship 300,000-square-foot mixed-use project by Soho Estates. Ideally located just 100 meters from Tottenham Court Road station, this prime Soho location provides easy access to one of London’s most dynamic areas.
