Flex and The City’s first-ever Awards Night
celebrates the best in the UK’s Flex Space Industry
NEWS / 25 OCTOBER 2024
All eyes were on The Underglobe, London, October 24th, as Flex and The City held its inaugural Awards Night in partnership with D&B specialists MWA, bringing together over 350 industry professionals, including the UK’s top operators and brokerages, for the flex event of the year.
Over 350 flex operators, brokerages and key suppliers flocked to The Underglobe to celebrate the year in flex, toasting to the teams whose innovation, hard work and commitment makes our flex sector thrive, disrupt and grow.
Sponsored by industry leaders Cubo, NewFlex, Clockwise, Beyond, Beaumont and Technology Within, the evening was a celebration of excellence, with 12 prestigious awards presented to the most innovative and influential players in the industry.
Flex and The City ditched the gala sit-down dinner for a contemporary cocktail event, complete with food stands, an open bar, and theatrical entertainment including a silk star by Cirque Du Soleil and LED stilt walkers.
Fundamentally, The Flex and The City Awards ensured a fair and transparent voting system. Operators voted for their top brokers and agents, while brokers and agents voted for their preferred operators. Meanwhile, five categories were voted on by the public and finalised by an esteemed panel of industry heavyweights:
· Marc Tolley (Global Director, The Instant Group)
· Gabriela Hersham (Founder and CEO, Huckletree)
· Alexandra Livesey (COO, Clockwise Offices)
· Dan Brown (UK Director, Workthere)
