GPE announces new wellness-focused
workplace in Fitzrovia

Have we just found our new favourite workspace in Fitzrovia? GPE’s latest fully managed offering, Thirty One Alfred Place, is one to have on your radar. Nestled beside the serene Alfred Place Gardens, 42,000 sq ft of wellness-focused workplace will be available for grabs from October.

Thirty One Alfred Place comes on the heels of GPE's property swap with the City of London Corporation (CLC), announced this May. Whilst acquiring the long leasehold interest at nearby 1-3 Alfred Place, this managed operator sold its short leasehold interest in 95-96 New Bond Street to the CLC, forming a cluster of managed offices in the prime West End spot.

Inspired by the neighbouring green oasis, Thirty One Alfred Place embodies tranquillity in every corner.
