Helical, a powerhouse in London’s real estate scene, has just launched the 5th and 6th floors of The Bower. Impressively, the property group set a new benchmark with The JJ Mack Building, its most sophisticated and sustainable property to date, achieving the highest BREEAM Office score in the UK. Just this month, Helical sold their 50% stake in JJ Mack for £139.2 million, perfectly cementing their market influence. Now, Helical’s commitment to excellence is set to shine brighter with their newest fitted spaces being delivered at The Bower.

Nestled beside the bustling Old Street roundabout, this reimagined landmark was crafted by award-winning architects AHMM. What was once a cluster of 1960s buildings has been transformed into 313,000 sq ft of modern, high-spec workspace and ground-floor retail, spread across three architecturally striking structures (The Tower, The Warehouse and The Studio) that define the area’s revitalisation.

Inside the Tower
Situated in ‘The Tower’, Helical’s newest workspaces are set to raise the bar. Levels 5 and 6 are available now on either a conventional or managed basis. Smaller spaces are available on Levels 1 and 2 through beyond The Bower, operated by InfinitSpace.
