Just three months after launching, Huckletree Bishopsgate is officially fully booked—making it the fastest Huckletree location to hit 100% occupancy. This milestone proves one thing: the demand for premium, flexible workspaces in The City is stronger than ever. Here’s how Huckletree made it happen.
The Numbers Don’t Lie
When Huckletree Bishopsgate opened its doors on November 15, 2023, it introduced a 30,594 sq. ft. flex haven, featuring 30 private studios (ranging from 4 to 50 desks). Demand skyrocketed, with 24 deals swiftly closed by a powerhouse team of 14 brokers- special mention goes to Robbie Macdonald, Martin Devine, and Eimhear McCosker from Avison Young for their standout contributions. Plus, Huckletree’s Sales Manager Jamie Pecorella, personally inked 15 deals himself, proving that when the right product meets the right location, success follows fast.

Housed within the iconic 8 Bishopsgate building—which boasts 50 floors, a 26th-floor bar and terrace, and an auditorium—it offers more than just good looks. Beyond its aesthetic and functional appeal, it stands as the UK’s tallest EPC A-rated sustainable building, proving that style and sustainability can go hand in hand.
