Huddle to expand its workspace footprint
with two new London locations

NEWS / 16 MAY 2024

Flexible workspace provider Huddle is set to expand its London presence with the announcement of two new coworking destinations in Fulham and Wimbledon. Scheduled to open their doors this summer, the upcoming sites will serve as significant additions to Huddle's existing portfolio, which includes their established site in Hammersmith, launched back in 2018.

Catering to freelancers, startups, and corporate clients alike, Huddle offers a diverse range of coworking spaces, flexible private offices and meeting rooms, with various membership options tailored to each tenant’s needs.

This includes a new ‘Café Coworking’ membership which aptly coincides with the launch of the operator’s new on-site Huddle Cafés. Priced at £30 per month, this membership offers an array of benefits such as meeting room credits, enhanced WiFi, access to coworking facilities and complimentary tea, coffee and pastries.

Scheduled for launch this July, Huddle Fulham will occupy the first and second floors of The Fulham Centre, offering members high-quality workspaces, meeting rooms, and coworking areas. Situated conveniently close to Fulham Broadway, the location boasts a second-floor terrace and rooftop garden, providing stunning views of Chelsea Football Club and the surrounding area.

Two months later in September, Huddle Wimbledon will open its doors within a Grade II Listed former fire station, forming part of the vibrant Wimbledon Quarter. Like Fulham, Wimbledon’s boutique offering will include a range of private offices and membership types, with the added bonus of convenient access to the centre’s Third Space health club, The Boardroom Climbing, The Golf Groove, Marks & Spencer and a rooftop farm.

Amar Shah, General Manager of Huddle stated:

“The expansion of Huddle has been a long-held ambition of the team, but it was a question of finding the right time and the right place.  With changing patterns of working, these near-home locations with excellent transport connections allow Huddle to provide workspace solutions designed around the needs of today’s businesses and their employees. We are thrilled with the level of interest already received, with a significant number of pre-lets completed both at Fulham and Wimbledon.”

Meanwhile, Huddle's flagship location in Hammersmith, located at 3 Shortlands, is undergoing an extensive refurbishment. Flaunting  approximately 35,000 sq ft of workspace for over 140 businesses and 1,000 members (from start-ups to globally renowned brands), the site now features a newly launched podcast studio, equipped with full production facilities provided by Footwork Media.
