Beyond Gouden Bocht

Prominent workspace provider infinitSpace has unveiled its third Dutch site, marking this operator’s ninth location globally. In an exciting collaboration with Nuveen Real Estate, one of the world's foremost investment managers with $146 billion in real estate assets, infinitSpace proudly introduces Gouden Bocht to the world. 

Building on the major success of their initial Amsterdam sites, Beyond Republica Campus and Beyond Zuidtoren, infinitSpace’s decision to launch a third location was a no-brainer.

Beyond Gouden Bocht is proudly located at the prestigious Herengracht 471, housed within a magnificent listed building that dates back to 1666. Rich in heritage, this historic treasure is nestled in the esteemed 'Gouden Bocht' or Golden Bend, right in the heart of Amsterdam’s Canal District.

This unparalleled, premier location offers breathtaking views of the iconic Herengracht canal and is surrounded by an array of shops, restaurants, bars, and boutiques at your doorstep. Wybo elucidates, “Herengracht is one of Amsterdam’s most iconic and desirable locations, so we’re thrilled that infinitSpace and the Beyond brand is soon to become a part of its history and legacy”.

The latest site encompasses nearly 1,000 square metres across three floors, offering a mix of shared and private workspaces. What’s more, it boasts ample outdoor areas, including an inner courtyard with terraces from renowned restaurants. InfinitSpace has meticulously designed this space to accommodate everything from small companies to entire floors for up to 45 people. Launched under the Beyond brand, this location promises their signature high-quality fit-out, equipped with cutting-edge technology.
