Johnny Bray joins Office Freedom
as Chief Commercial Officer
NEWS / 4 JUNE 2024
Office Freedom the pioneering flexible office brokerage, has proudly announced the appointment of Johnny Bray, 18 year office agency heavyweight (ex Savills, DTRE and COREP) as their new Chief Commercial Officer, spearheading new initiatives in managed, leasing and flex office solutions.
Johnny, who brings 18 years of experience to his new role, having worked for the likes of DTRE, COREP and The LOWE Group, joins at an exciting juncture as the brokerage accelerates its expansion strategies.
“Joining the world’s first flex office agency at such a pivotal point in their journey and the evolution of the office market is incredibly exciting”, the leasing pro proudly stated.
In his new role, Johnny will collaborate closely with CEO Richard Smith and COO Jon Posener to expand and enhance the brokerage’s offerings for a diverse clientele, including both new and existing occupiers, operators, and landlords. His strategic focus will encompass the growth of innovative initiatives and the pursuit of acquisitions, further solidifying Office Freedom’s leadership in the sector since 1993.
Indeed, Johnny’s appointment neatly follows the recruitment of Julian Wogman as the Senior Account Director of leasing just last year.
Brimming with excitement, Johnny further took to LinkedIn, underscoring the comprehensive support the Office Freedom team provides: “Whether it’s a single desk or an entire campus, on a flexible, managed, conventional, or freehold basis, in London, across the UK, or internationally, we are here to assist and advise.”
Richard Smith also commented on the exciting new appointment: “The recruitment of Johnny underscores our commitment to delivering the best advice to our extensive client base in response to the evolving office market.”
We look forward to witnessing the continued evolution and success of Office Freedom under Johnny’s guidance. For more exciting updates on industry appointments, be sure to subscribe.
