Koba, a rising leader in sustainable workspaces, is set to expand its portfolio with the launch of its second location- and its first in London- scheduled for Q3 2025. Following the resounding success of 100 Barbirolli Square, Manchester, Koba is bringing its refined, eco-conscious coworking experience to the capital, offering an unparalleled workspace designed for both high performance and holistic wellbeing.

Koba made its mark last year as a sanctuary for sustainability, gifting Manchester with a 30,000 sq ft flagship where functionality, elegance and eco-consciousness seamlessly coexist. Now, the evidence-based sustainable operator is set to bring its brand and ethos to the heart of London, as part of its meticulous expansion strategy. 

In April 2024, Koba celebrated a major milestone becoming the world’s first WELL Coworking Rated flexible workspace- a groundbreaking achievement in workplace health and wellness. The prestigious rating, developed by IWBI in partnership with The Instant Group, evaluates nearly 50 evidence-based features, from air and water quality to lighting, movement, and nourishment. This recognition cemented Koba’s role as a pioneer in sustainable workspace, spearheaded by MD Paul Nellist.
