Landmark unlocks the doors to
former BBC abode

NEWS / 21 NOVEMBER 2024

After months of buzz and anticipation across the sector, Landmark has today opened its doors to the iconic Wogan House. Spanning six floors and 37,000 sq ft of pure office gold, this space marks the start of a new era for the operator.

Just in time for their 24th anniversary, the debut of Wogan House, coupled with extensive refurbishments across their entire portfolio, signals a bold shift in Landmark’s evolution—veering away from their traditional corporate ethos to embrace a more modern, dynamic approach.

We all know Landmark’s world-class customer service has forever been their hallmark, but now the 24-year-old business is stepping up to match that standard - entering a new league with both design and functionality.

Located just moments from Oxford Circus on Great Portland Street, Wogan House offers unbeatable accessibility with a wealth of bars, restaurants and cafes mere moments away. Once the home of the BBC’s headquarters and thoughtfully named after Radio 2 Presenter Sir Terry Wogan, Landmark has crafted a space that’s equal parts modern and nostalgic.

The design? Think members club, but without the overcrowded membership and long waits. Blending its 1960s roots with a chic, contemporary design, Landmark has transformed the space into a modern office oasis. By choosing a neutral colour palette, warm wood accents, and soft textures, they’ve created a serene and inviting atmosphere throughout.

And it doesn’t stop there. Landmark has always recognised functionality as a priority, but with Wogan House – they’ve gone all in. Welcoming companies of all sizes, from 4 to 200 employees,, the space offers the usual perks of various meeting rooms, phone booths, and event spaces—plus so much more. Incoming tenants get to enjoy the added bonus of an on-site gym, dedicated vanity rooms and tailored zones designed to meet every workday need. Whether you’re after a quiet corner to focus, a creative space to brainstorm, or a chill area to unwind, Wogan House has you covered.

Plus, in keeping with its commitment to a greener future, the Wogan House revamp also includes impressive environmental upgrades like an EPC B rating, secondary glazing, and new LED lighting.

We think it’s fair to say, with this move, Landmark has successfully curated a portfolio that has it all—from charming Tudor-style townhouses to sleek corporate towers, and now, this ultra trendy, members’ club-inspired hub.

Meanwhile, just yesterday, the flex operator announced the appointment of Kate Cox as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). With nearly 25 years of experience in global brand development, digital transformation, and brand-led growth, Cox joins Landmark following her role as Interim Chief Marketing Officer at The Office Group/FORA, where she led marketing efforts during the two companies’ 2022 merger.

“Landmark is a company with heart, putting the human experience at the core of everything it does", Kate commented. "The dynamic workspace market requires adaptable, human-centric solutions, and I’m thrilled to be part of a team leading the charge in this space".
