London's Knowledge Quarter
NEWS / 13 DECEMBER 2024
Renowned for crafting exceptional workspaces in London’s most sought-after locations, Myo has unveiled the first details of its latest project: Myo Kings Cross. Set to open in Summer 2025, this flagship site will be the crown jewel of the brand’s portfolio, spanning an impressive 80,000 sq ft across two interconnected buildings.
Marking the operator’s seventh and largest site to date, it exemplifies Myo’s continued growth and dedication to delivering exceptional workspaces. Strategically positioned in one of London’s most vibrant districts, Myo Kings Cross is poised to become a beacon for businesses seeking premium, amenity-rich office environments.
Myo Kings Cross is set to embody the brand’s unwavering commitment to producing exceptional workspaces of the highest calibre. The bold integration of a Grade II listed building into such a cutting-edge workspace is nothing short of extraordinary, offering a unique blend of historic character and cutting-edge design. We all love a space with real character, and this one truly delivers.
Spanning seven floors, Myo’s newest hub will accommodate teams of 12, up to 200 desks. Designed by the award-winning SODA Studio, the interior mirrors the area's renowned appeal for attracting innovative and forward-thinking businesses. Alongside an abundance of meeting rooms, focus booths, and lounge spaces, this site offers a wealth of amenities.
Myo Kings Cross is home to expansive private terraces, prioritizing wellness with not one, but two dedicated areas, including a members-only gym, yoga studio, and treatment rooms. It also features two spacious receptions for 'twice the welcome'.
The surrounding amenities are unmatched, just steps away from Kings Cross Station, Granary Square, and the iconic Coal Drops Yard. Offering exceptional connectivity both locally and internationally, the site is a three-minute walk to Farringdon Elizabeth Line, direct trains up North, as well as the Eurostar link to destinations across Europe.
The event space? In a league of its own. The Stables – a sprawling 13,000 sq ft arena designed to host any gathering, all while showcasing a striking aesthetic. Steeped in heritage, this standalone building features its own dedicated entrance, an auditorium, project rooms, and expansive terraces.
As Director of Myo’s Flex Office, Natasha Morris emphasises, Myo Kings Cross is “a truly sustainable building,” and the third Myo’s workspace to target WELL Platinum Certification. Myo’s commitment to a net-zero carbon policy is evident in every aspect of its design—from the thoughtful selection of materials developed in collaboration with Central Saint Martins, to its focus on longevity and rigorous evaluation processes.
The operator promises this site will exceed its already exceptional standards. Alongside Myo, several leading operators have announced plans to expand their portfolios with the launch of premium workspaces. It’s clear—2025 will be the year to watch.
