NewFlex takes Bankside with
new Tide site 

Barings, a leading global real estate investment manager, in partnership with development manager LBS Properties, has secured NewFlex as the flexible office operator for 32,000 square feet at TIDE - a premier workspace destination in London’s vibrant South Bank district.  

With the support of Barings and LBS Properties, NewFlex has announced its latest expansion into the heart of Bankside, securing premium office space within the newly developed TIDE Bankside, adding another premium space to its ever-growing portfolio.

Spanning 148,500 square feet of Grade A office space, across four floors, TIDE Bankside offers a dynamic environment designed for modern businesses in the heart of the capital. Now, NewFlex is tapping into the Grade A asset to deliver a dynamic mix of workspace solutions. 

On the second floor, the flex operator will offer two expansive enterprise suites, each accommodating 80-100 desks, while the first floor will feature a selection of smaller, flexible units ranging from 4 to 20 desks. Designed to cater to businesses of all sizes, this premium workspace seamlessly integrates coworking areas, private offices, and high-spec meeting rooms, providing a dynamic and adaptable environment. 

Beyond the workspaces, TIDE raises the bar with its 5,000 sq. ft. rooftop terrace, offering breathtaking views of The Shard and the Thames. Members can also take advantage of top-tier amenities and next-level sustainability credentials, including Net Zero Carbon certification and BREEAM Outstanding status.

This latest move represents another milestone for NewFlex as it continues to expand strategically, having already made moves with the launches of One Station Hill Reading and second Serendipity Labs at One Cambridge Square.
