Oneder hits Hackney's London Fields
with new location

Oneder strikes again with yet another launch—this time at the iconic Laundry Studios, right in the bustling heart of London Fields. Unveiling a remarkable 20,000 sq ft workspace, Oneder is on an unstoppable streak, expanding their footprint with this fourth impressive addition to their portfolio.

Set in one of East London’s trendiest hotspots, Laundry Studios lies in the heart of Hackney’s creative core, drawing in entrepreneurs and innovators alike. Pulsing with artistic energy, the area comes to life with cool cafés, eclectic shops, and cultural venues at every turn.

Slated to open early 2025, the new site offers 220 workstations across private offices, hot desks, and ample breakout areas, along with event spaces, a gym, a screening room, meeting rooms, and more. Incoming tenants can choose from 16 private offices, designed to accommodate 6 to 30 desks, starting at £250 per desk. Plus, you get to bring your furry friends to this pet-friendly spot.

Rich in Hackney’s industrial heritage yet buzzing with a fresh, modern vibe, Laundry Studios is designed to reflect the neighbourhood’s vibrant energy as a place where creativity and ambition come to thrive.

Laundry Studios sets the bar for eco-friendly design with a BREEAM Excellent rating. From diverting 99.93% of waste from landfills and saving over 31 tonnes of carbon, to incorporating solar panels, FSC-certified timber, a biodiverse roof, and even bat boxes—sustainability isn’t just an add-on here; it’s the foundation.

Laundry Studios marks Oneder’s second collaboration with Regal, known for its award-winning architecture and design, with over 25 years in the industry. Co-founder Simon De Friend shares, “in collaboration with Oneder, we’re excited to create a vibrant and flexible workspace in East London, dedicated to serving a community of like-minded professionals.”
