Oneder takes Kings Cross with
third location
NEWS / 23 SEPTEMBER 2024
The rapidly growing workspace company, Oneder, is gearing up to expand its footprint once again in the heart of Kings Cross. Renowned for producing spaces that fuel creativity and collaboration, Oneder is on the up and up and shows zero signs of slowing down.
Their latest 11,000 sq ft project, "Channel with Oneder," is slated to open in March 2025 and will mark Oneder’s third location. The company, which only launched in October 2023, already operates over 120,000 square feet across its two vibrant locations in Shoreditch. Riding on that success, they’re now taking over Northdown Street.
Oneder has teamed up with the building’s private owners to lead a full-scale transformation, complete with a redesigned entrance and outdoor space. With a 10-year management deal locked in, Oneder will take charge of designing, building, and operating the entire facility—seamlessly integrating their signature style into every aspect of the space.
Channel will feature six private offices spanning four floors, designed to accommodate teams ranging from 7 to 60 people. Two of these floors will boast self-contained spaces complete with private kitchens, meeting rooms, and phone booths—plus stunning panoramic views of London. Meanwhile, smaller office tenants can enjoy shared meeting rooms, buzzy breakout areas, and outdoor spaces.
The best part? The site is just a 3-minute walk from London Kings Cross St Pancras, making it one of the most accessible spots in the city. Oneder’s newest hire, Sogol Joudi, revealed to Flex and The City, "We’re so excited to partner with the owners of Northdown Street via a management agreement on our third Oneder-operated building.
Sogol goes on to say, "we couldn’t think of a better location than Kings Cross—one of the best-connected markets in London with huge demand for quality designed and operated space. Channel with Oneder will have a range of office sizes, outdoor space, plenty of breakout space, all wrapped up in our hospitality-led approach. We’re excited to start touring the space soon."
And if you’re onedering what’s next, this operator is far from finished. With over 1,500 members already on board, they’ve got more sites in the pipeline, continuing their mission to “make work Onederful, one workspace at a time”—and we’re here for it.
