This operator specialises in providing local workspaces close to home and Bournemouth town centre is their next target. As part of the £2M Bobby's project, Patch’s new site will be located on the first floor of the 14,000 sq ft multi-functional retail building, previously occupied by Debenhams. Patch, alongside the numerous restaurants, beauty hall and parlours, design studios and bars are coming together to reinvent the town.

From wellness and podcast studios to a spacious events venue for hire, this flex provider has certainly stepped up their amenity game. In true Patch style, they are transforming the retail space into a vibrant hub, equipped with the best-in-class facilities for Bournemouth's creatives and entrepreneurs. Whether you're a two man band or a team of twenty, Patch can be your new home. Sales Manager at Patch, Josh Moulder tells us, “We have had 26 enquiries in the last two days, it’s crazy!” To manage this bustling Bournemouth site, Patch are also on the hunt for a dynamic and experienced Site Director.
