Runway East opens its doors to second
Soho gem
NEWS / 4 DECEMBER 2024
Runway East is on a roll. Building on the success of last year’s Bloomsbury launch and their impressive national expansion with a standout site in Birmingham, Runway East takes another bold step forward today with the unveiling of their newest location in the heart of Soho. However, this is no ordinary opening—this new site marks a major milestone for the operator as they venture into the managed office arena for the first time, ushering in a bold new era for the brand.
For the past eight years, Runway East has been on a mission to demolish boring offices, one building at a time. Each space vibrant, engaging, and buzzing with an energy you just can’t buy—and their latest site is no exception. Adding another Soho site to their portfolio alongside Old Compton Street, the new 6,331 sq ft hub is perfectly positioned at the crossroads of Wardour Street and Old Compton Street, two of Soho’s most iconic streets.
58 Wardour Street offers 128 desks across four fully self-contained floors, designed to accommodate teams of 20 to 130 people. Each floor boasts a brand-new fit-out that is fully customisable to meet clients’ needs with direct lift access, private meeting rooms, a sleek kitchenette, and dedicated toilet facilities.
With excellent transport links on its doorstep, incoming tenants are just minutes from multiple Tube stations and a mere three yards from a Santander bike rack, making commuting effortless.
Lydia Breckon, Project Manager at Runway East gives a “shout out to the construction team who truly made miracles happen and turned this around, not just in an efficient manner but with such a beautiful finish”. Oli Ring, Head of Marketing at Runway East added "this might be my favourite space so far (sorry Birmingham!)”
