Runway East is bringing its ‘Big Desk Energy' to Bath. Perfectly propped on Parsonage Lane within a Grade II listed building, Runway East Bath marks the latest addition to the company’s growing network of flexible workspaces- which already spans London, Bristol, Brighton and Birmingham— offering a dynamic environment for startups and SMEs to thrive. 

Runway East’s newest project is set to become a go-to hub for forward-thinking businesses in Bath. Spanning approximately 23,000 sq. ft. at Kings Court, overlooking Union Street, this dynamic site comes to life through a 20-year partnership with  clients of abrdn, marking Runway East’s third hub in the South West and its second collab with abrdn (following the hot success of Bloomsbury).

Meticulously crafted by design experts at Interaction LTD, Runway East’s newest workspace will manifest its signature aesthetic, boasting a striking fit-out that combines modern design with functional space. The site will offer flexible options for teams of 1-100+ people, touting ample breakout areas, fun design surprises, and more meeting rooms than any other space in the city, the brand has stated. Whether it’s a startup looking for their first desk or an SME in need of room to grow, Bath has space for them to swim and make a splash. 

“With two successful sites in Bristol, we’re doubling down on our commitment to the South West, bringing our proven track record in community, tenant retention, and filling spaces quickly to even more brilliant businesses” says financial planning and analysis manager Alex McNee. 

Centrally located, the new site ensures easy access to Bath’s rich amenities and culture. Businesses can officially secure their spot starting at £375+VAT per desk, with applications now open.

This expansion follows Runway East's recent announcement, prepping to bring its ‘Big Desk Energy,’ ‘Team Bliss,’ and ‘Space to Scale’ mantra to 150 Borough High Street, London. Slated to open on April 1st, 2025, the new space is located just 60 seconds from Borough Station and 4 minutes from London Bridge, and will feature a rooftop terrace with stunning views over SE1.

As the flex operator preps for Borough it is simultaneously making bold strides in Bath. “It promises to be our best yet," teased Adam Sanford, Regional Lead at Runway East- a bold promise we have no doubt will be kept.
