Say hello to Beton by Spacemade

Spacemade have launched their brand new 18,000 sq ft site this week, Beton, located on Barbican’s Goswell Road. Renowned for crafting spaces that foster connections, idea exchange and maximum productivity, Spacemade has ensured this new Barbican hub is no exception.  

This operator has designated their new location as the ultimate haven for creatives. Beton is purposefully designed to spark innovation and facilitate networking opportunities amongst other like-minded individuals.

Spacemade’s co founder, Jonny Rosenblatt reiterates “the goal is to help build the creative hub of Barbican by fostering collaboration between creatives across design, digital solutions and media and entertainment”. 

Nestled between The Barbican and the bustling Clerkenwell hub, Beton embodies the vibrant, artistic essence that permeates both locations. The new flex space spans nine floors and is decked out with unparalleled interior design, inspired by the architectural essence of the 50s and 60s. 

The site also showcases a blend of industrial and scandinavian styles adorned with artwork and hand painted murals by Sarah Sebastian to inspire members. Beton encompasses a mix of coworking spaces, private offices, premium spec meeting rooms for 4-10 people, private phone booths, plus a state of the art, fully equipped podcast studio in the lower ground (certainly know where we’ll be hosting our next interview).
