Say hello to Canvas' second
Holborn site, 175 High Holborn
NEWS / 6 NOVEMBER 2024
Canvas is on a roll, with no signs of slowing down. If you were lucky enough to attend the launch of their 88 Kingsway site, you would have caught a little teaser of what was to come. Now, Canvas has officially unveiled its second Holborn location, 175 High Holborn, marking the 15th site in its rapidly expanding portfolio.
Get ready for a 40,000 sq ft retro-modern marvel. Situated just a 4-minute walk from Tottenham Court Road Station and a stone’s throw from Covent Garden, 175 High Holborn is perfectly positioned in one of London’s most sought-after areas. The space will feature 43 private offices, designed for teams ranging from 6 to 150, spanning eight light-filled floors with incredible panoramic views of the London skyline.
This mirrored gem brings a unique presence to the Canvas portfolio, adding a fresh dimension alongside its sister building, 88 Kingsway. Yet, true to Canvas’s signature style, that inviting, homely atmosphere throughout remains, with an impressive, welcoming fit-out.
Co-founder and CEO of Canvas Offices, Ron Rosenblum, emphasises that this site "is a testament to our commitment to creating inspiring spaces where businesses can truly thrive." He adds, "this is more than just an office space – it’s going to be a buzzing community".
After many months of behind-the-scenes development, the Canvas marketing and design team has finally revealed the first set of CGIs for this eagerly anticipated site, offering an exciting glimpse into the meticulously designed private offices and communal areas that will set the tone at 175 High Holborn.
Keep your eyes peeled for more details in the lead-up to its official opening in Spring 2025. To stay up to date on the launch, be sure to subscribe.
