Debuting in September 2024, Scope’s newest workspace marks its first-ever foray into one of Europe’s most iconic and dynamic cities—Amsterdam. Amidst London’s competitive arena, Scope has mastered the art of strategically positioning their properties in the city’s most prestigious locations, and their expansion into Amsterdam is no exception. 

Keizersgracht 125-127 is a 30,000 sq ft marvel on the doorstep of the city’s most renowned canal. Starting at €800 per desk, the site will accommodate companies ranging from small teams of 6 employees to larger groups of 100+.

With this game-changing leap, Scope is on a mission to make the space anything but ordinary, redefining hospitality as we know it. Picture this: an on-site barista to kickstart your mornings, a state-of-the-art gym, a fully stocked wine bar for happy hour, and a private boat (yes, a private boat) docked outside at your disposal. Have an errand? The full-fledged concierge service has got you covered, acting as your own personal plug-in assistant. 

The site is steeped in history and is being meticulously restored into a luxurious space that meets the modern workforce’s needs while preserving its architectural charm.
