Spacemade unveils Studio Y:
A fashion-focused workspace hub in Notting Hill

Spacemade, the innovative flexible workspace operator, is set to debut Studio Y, a bespoke hub tailored to the needs of fashion and creative industries. Launching in June 2025, Studio Y will grace a striking floor within the iconic Yellow Building at Notting Dale Campus, Notting Hill—promising a trendy ecosystem for functionality, creativity and collaboration.


Notting Dale Campus, a vibrant enclave already home to luminaries such as Stella McCartney, Monsoon, and Dune, offers a fitting context for Spacemade’s newest endeavour. Tapping into the growing demand for industry-specific workspaces, Studio Y is set to become a premier fashion-focused work hub, cementing West London’s reputation as a center for innovation and style.

Represented by Making Moves London, the flex operator has agreed to occupy an entire floor within the striking property, catering to small and medium-sized businesses across fashion, beauty, photography, PR, design, and content creation. Spanning over 19,000 sq ft of meticulously designed space, Studio Y will provides an elegant blend of private offices, coworking memberships, meeting rooms, and a versatile screening room and event lounge. Plus, members will enjoy hospitality-led service and a bespoke events program, curated and delivered by a dedicated community management team.
