Work.Life and Rebase team up for
4th floor Borough takeover 

Work.Life has closed a mega deal at its soon-to-launch site in Borough, with the brilliant brokerage support of Rebase. Situated at 140 Borough High Street, just a stone's throw away from London Bridge station, the vibrant 23,000sqft flex hub is already bustling, given it will tout a 50% occupancy from its opening day on 8^th July.

The highlight of this achievement comes in the form of a nifty agreement with a prominent wellness company, who have exclusively locked in an entire floor takeover of the new Borough site. Commandeering the whole fourth floor, spanning about 3,000sqft and boasting 70 desks, the wellness company has inked a two-year deal with the flex operator.
