Work.Life is gearing up for its most ambitious launch to date with the opening of their brand new site - Work.Life Farringdon. Set to become the crown jewel of their portfolio, this expansive flagship space will be the flex operator's largest to date. Stay tuned for it’s doors to open in February 2025.

Spanning 7 floors, this 32,000 sq ft marvel is designed to accommodate teams of all sizes, whether you’re a dynamic duo or a larger group of up to 37, Work.Life Farringdon has you covered.

Joining forces with its sister site in Barbican, Work.Life's newest gem is perfectly situated in the heart of Farringdon on St Cross Street, with all major lines within easy reach for unmatched accessibility. Just steps away from the lively Leather Lane market, this prime location is a melting pot for food lovers, pub-goers, and coffee enthusiasts alike.

Riding on the success of Borough, Work.Life Farringdon is poised to raise the bar with a host of exciting firsts for the brand, boasting an array of top-tier amenities. In addition to the stunning roof terrace, this location will debut Work.Life’s first-ever state-of-the-art podcast studio and their first dedicated ground-floor event space, which can accommodate up to 90 people. The site will also include 24 phone booths and 12 meeting rooms, including a 20-seater boardroom, all at tenants’ disposal.

Sales Manager at Work.Life, James Pain tells Flex and The City: "After a hugely successful opening of our Borough High Street space in July, we’re thrilled to have announced our next location so soon after. It’ll be our largest space yet and with the location right on Leather Lane it’ll be street food lovers dream. Personally I’m very excited to get going on the tours in such a fantastic building in a really popular part of London”.
